Great food. Love the som tum, soups, and pad see ew. Wonderful service
First time here. I had the chicken special with rice, forgot what it was called (see picture). Girlfriend comes here a lot for her lunch break and she usually gets the Khao Soi Northern Thailand Dish (see picture). Nice place with great food and service!
Really over priced for the portion size. Everyone was also super rude. Not worth the price or the wait. Better service and food anywhere else
Best thai food! Delicious, fresh, plentiful.
Inconsistent food, very over priced for the portion sizes. A duck thigh is not a 20$ meal. Just spent 30$ total on a meal for 1 and am still hungry.Actually the Tom yum was watery. I’ve personally made better.SF is expensive, but come on.Try kin khao, the Michelin Star thai restaurant instead. Same prices, better portions, much better food.
Great food
My preferred location for delicious Thai food. Good place to relax and unwind. Fast and courteous service. The place has a great feel to it.
If you are within 100 miles of Jitlada, you definitely owe yourself this Once in a Lifetime (to be repeated often) experience!!Jitlada is the type of restaurant where the owners are on premises daily - which for ANY restaurant makes all the difference!! I would recommend specific dishes but it would be a disservice to your palatte to do so due to the exclusion of delight which it might create. TRY IT ALL!!!
Awesome place !!Mango salad with shrimp was the standout. Ginger shrimp roll was delicious too. Pad Thai noodle was decent. Fair pricing, good ambience and service. A must-go Thai restaurant in the city :)
The owners are the sweetest and they have truly authentic delicious Thai food. I was there on a weekday at lunchtime and it was not crowded at all. Definitely will be back.
Yellow curry was awesome! Lovely vegetarian food. Papaya wedges were crispy and not overly oily. Will come again.
This place is so phucking good!!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
Excellent! I got the basil fried rice and gyoza. The rice was nice and spicy, and the gyoza was soft but not gooey. Definitely will be returning!
Great place to eat authentic and tasty Thai foods in the area. Price is fair and services are helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a very good meal and the staff is friendly
Very tasty food! All dishes prepared with great care. Spices are just right.
This is the best Thai food in the area. I love the stuffed basil eggplant. Honestly, everything I’ve had is good and I’ve been 10 times. Enjoy
Great food. Good veggie options. They could have a little more options. Chil place.
Excellent location for thai food. I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldn't stop. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. It has a good interior.
Duck special is delicious!
Delicious, authentic Thai food. Recommend the mango sticky rice dessert!
Quick spot, no nonsense setup, go higher than 5/10 on spicy scale. The food is goood.
It was my favorite Thai in San Fco 15 years ago when it opened, original fresh, beautiful plates. We now went back to San Fco to see friends and went back to Jitlada which is just as good as we remembered. They still have the amazing black sweet sticky rice with mango dessert which you will probably not see anywhere else. Definitely worth going back again and again.
Food, service everything was absolutely amazing.
I cannot imagine this place has such high rating. I ordered an item to go here. Forget its exact name already, but it's chicken with basil and it's specy. The chicken was so tough!!!! And it was only a little spicy. The good thing is they put it in a nice box. Paid $14 - $15 for this item. Well, I know everything is getting more in more expensive in San Francisco, but this is totally over priced! I check back their photos a few years ago. It WAS a bargain place. I have no idea why they jack up the price so quick.
Great little hole in the wall. Price was okay, food quality good, portion is good, not oily at all and great service! Oh, and flavor was great!
Pad kee mao is a must try!!!!! It's a small, cozy place, friendly staff, super fast service. Would love to visit again.!
Delicious rice noodles in tofu curry!
One of my favorite locations for delicious thai food. I was so stuffed. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.
Best Thai food in all of San Francisco! ðŸ˜
Great choice of food. Peaceful. Not crowded. Good to visit with family, friends, alone.
This spot is worth giving a shot. They have big portions for convenient prices. Regularly neat and with good ambience. Would recommend to others.
Excellent food and the friendliest staff!
This restaurant has some of the best thai food in sf. Some of my favorite dishes are the stuffed eggplant, golden baskets, and green curry, but everything is great! I have been coming here many years and they are consistently delicious. Chef Pai and the staff are all wonderful! You are guaranteed a good dining experience at Jitlada.
I deliver their food via door dash and caviar. They are very popular, professional and courteous. The food was fresh and ready to go.
Some of the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand! The coconut sticky rice had the wonderful aroma of the banana leaf that it was steamed in and the soup was richly flavored with lemongrass and bird's-eye chillies.
Golden baskets are delicious and so is everything else
Very good foodband service
Perfect combination between eastern and western styles For me, their best dish is Stuffed Basil Eggplant. Recommended to try this menu.
To date, the best Thai restaurant I've been to in SF
One of my fav spots for curry. Really nice staff, and also has some really great chef specials for special occasions.
Owner, Chef Pai and her staff are always happy and accommodating. Great atmosphere. It is small so make a reservation and usually closed on Mondays. Right across the street from the Hotel Buchanan. I eat there 6-10 times a year and the presentation is always nice. 'Golden Baskets' are great appetizers and their curries are very hearty and filling.
Great spot for delicious authentic Thai food at a good price. Very friendly staff!
The food was very good. Tom Kha soup was perfect. The veggies were still fresh and not mushy at all. Only one server working so a bit slow but overall very nice
A hidden gem in Pac Heights. Reliably good every time.
Pretty good -- I got the Khao Soi with pork, and appreciated that they had it on the menu. It hit the spot, but it definitely wasn't out of this world. They brought our food out at different times too -- I assume it's because they have such a small kitchen. If I'm in this area again, I'll just meander into Japantown.
Best food, hands down. The owners are some of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. What a treat.
Their food is delicious! Beware some patrons can get loud. But it doesn't spoil the cuisine. Yellow curry and pad kee mow off the charts.
Good food for average prices in the area. The amount you get is bigger than it looks in the photos. I got the Pad Thai pictured below. Not a lot of space so it might get crowded. Friendly staff.
Great place for quality Thai food. Food was super flavorful. Service treated us so kindly. Not close to my job, I wish it was.
